My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was absolutely fantastic, with beautiful views and plenty of attractions nearby. However, the room was quite basic and not what I had reserved. The service was friendly and responsive, but the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was decent for the price, but certainly not ideal in terms of comfort and amenities.

The staff were truly great and very guest-oriented. They even went out of their way to provide us with mulled wine despite our late arrival. I was very happy with the service provided throughout my stay.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location right by the stunning Saimaa lake, surrounded by nature which makes for lovely walks. However, the rooms weren't as appealing as I had hoped—they felt a bit worn out and shabby compared to my last visit. The service was excellent and really made my stay easier, while dining options, although tasty, could be improved with more variety.
